Instructions for Authors
- All abstracts must be submitted together with the details of the research supervisor.
- A completed and signed Supervisor’s Consent Form must be attached to the abstract submission.
- Submissions without the consent form will not be considered.
- The Supervisor’s Consent Form is available on the conference website.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must include four(4) or five (5) keywords.
- Photos or scanned copies of the abstracts will strictly not be accepted.
- Students may submit abstracts based on individual chapters or sections of their research, provided that each submission represents a distinct study.
- Abstract submissions are welcome from students of other universities as well.
- Abstracts submitted in English are highly encouraged.
- Authors are advised to ensure that their abstracts are carefully proofread and formatted according to the conference guidelines before submission.
- Authors are requested to obtain digital signatures from their supervisors if they are unable to meet them in person. The authors must then countersign the document
